When we receive a call, we take information to start the intake process. Next, we will meet the individual client in their home setting to get all the facts of the situation. Then, we generally talk with family or other surrogate advocates to receive their input to best enhance the quality of care.
Lupine is also a member of the Case Managers Society of America and is licensed by the city of Portland, Oregon. |
